Rafi Silman, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Rafi Silman joined Marathon Investments in 2004, and is responsible for the company's strategic planning, board activity, diversified investments, realization of investments. On behalf of Marathon, Mr. Silman has been appointed director several Marathon subsidiaries such as Solcon Industries (public), Chromat, and others.

From 1981 to 2008, Mr. Silman was the owner and co-general manager of Hagalil Industries. Founded in 1970, Hagalil Industries is Israel's leading producer of rubber-coated metal rollers for industry and printing. Producing the metal cores as well as the rubber coating, Hagalil Industries has accumulated a wealth of knowledge - from R&D through core building, rubber coating, grinding and polishing. The company is known for its meticulous quality control standards, and serves such high-profile customers as Scitex Vision, Nur, Creo, Yediot Achronot, Ma'ariv, Orbotech, HP, Kaniel and others.

Sharon Toussia-Cohen, President & CEO

Mr. Toussia-Cohen has been Marathon Investment's President & CEO since 2004, and is responsible for the company's diversified investments, realization of investments, capitalization, IPOs, and day-to-day financial management. On behalf of Marathon, he has been appointed as director in subsidiaries such as Solcon Industries (public), DNA Biomedical (public), Margan, Chromat, Protalix (public NASDAQ), BioView (public), Nanomotion, and others.

Mr. Sharon Toussia-Cohen brings vast business experience to Marathon. From his position as co-CEO of Yeulit, a strategy and marketing consulting firm, he moved to conceptualizing and founding the flagship 450,000 square meter Airport City business park while at CEO of Aleppo Group, an investment company.

Prior to Aleppo, Mr. Toussia-Cohen leveraged his knowledge and experience to grow and restructure the Tiv Ta'am as Managing Director & Partner. Tiv Ta'am is a prominent supermarket retail chain, importer, and food production company.

Mr. Toussia-Cohen is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, holding both a bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science & an MBA. Mr. Toussia-Cohen holds a Bank Management Certification from one of Israel's prestigious First International Bank, and from the Republic National Bank of New York.

Yitzhak Rosen, Director

Since 2008, Mr. Yitzhak Rosen has been a special engineering consultant to Hagalil Industries and Highcon. On behalf of Marathon, he has been appointed as director in subsidiaries such as Solcon Industries (Public) and Chromat.

Mr. Yitzhak Rosen is a Technion-trained mechanical engineer. From 1984-86, Mr. Rosen was a Development Engineer with Hewlett-Packard (formerly Indigo).
