	Rafi Silman, Chairman of the Board of Directors Since 1981, Mr. Silman has served as the owner and co-general manager of Haglil Industries Limited. Haglil Industries Ltd. Founded in 1970, Haglil Industries Ltd. is Israel's leader in rubber coated metal rollers for industrial and printing uses. The company produce the metal cores as well as the rubber coating. Over the years Haglil management accumulated a wealth of knowledge regarding all stages of the process from R&D through the core building, rubber coating, grinding and polishing. The company is known for its meticulous quality control standards. Among Haglil's customers are such companies as Scitex Vision, Nur, Creo, Yediot Achronot, Ma'ariv, Orbotech, HP, Kaniel and others. Sharon Toussia-Cohen, President & CEO Among the founders of the Aleppo Group, an investment company that, in partnership with Bank Leumi, conceptualized and built Airport City, Israel's first and largest business park (450,000 square meters). Served as the CEO of the group and also as Managing Director of the Airport City Project. Mr. Toussia-Cohen was a partner and Managing Director of the Tiv Taam Group, Mr. Toussia-Cohen was responsible for the growth and reorganization of the group which includes a 14-unit retail supermarket chain, an industrial factory and an import company. Tiv Taam employs approximately 2000 workers and turns over more than a billion shekels each year. Mr. Toussia-Cohen is certified in Bank Management by the First International Bank of Israel and at the Republic National Bank of New York. Mr. Toussia-Cohen was also the co-owner and director of a strategic consulting firm in Israel. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master's in Business Administration from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Yitzhak Rosen, Director Yitzhak Rosen is a Technion-trained Mechanical Engineer. From 1984-86, Mr. Rosen served as a Development Engineer with Hewlett-Packard (formerly Indigo) Limited.
